2019 Tournament Sponsorship Form

“A Day of Fun, Friendship & Football”
The 8th annual I’M LOGAN IT Flag Football Tournament will take place on December 21, 2019, at Joe DiMaggio Sports Complex, Clearwater, FL from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The event is in memory of Logan Kushner. All proceeds will benefit the I’M LOGAN IT Foundation whose mission is to inspire young people to achieve good self-esteem by encouraging them to perform acts of kindness within their schools and community. Money raised will also go to support Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF) and college scholarships.
There will be five divisions: High School Boys, High School Girls, Weekend Warrior, Competitive (18 yrs+) and Top Gun (18 yrs+) . Teams can have between 5-8 players and the registration fee is $20 per player. Each participant will receive a I’M LOGAN IT T-shirt and a barbecue lunch. Coaches or team captains must submit a team registration form and team payment in full by December 13, 2019, to be guaranteed entry. Divisions are expected to fill up quickly so please register as soon as possible. Individuals not part of a team who would like to participate may register as a “free agent” and will be placed on a team.
In addition, each team is encouraged to find a team sponsor willing to make a $150 donation (see tournament sponsor letter and form). This is in addition to the individual $20 registration fee. Teams unable to find one can contact I’M LOGAN IT Foundation for assistance.
Along with the tournament, their will be food concessions, entertainment and fun for the whole family throughout the day.
