IMPORTANT UPDATES For 6th annual Flag Football Fundraiser!

Because of construction delays at Joe DiMaggio Fields, the tournament has been moved to a new location:

Countryside Soccer Complex
3060 McMullen Booth Rd.
Clearwater, FL 33761

(Just north of Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club)

Also, Top Gun, Competitive and Weekend Warrior divisions are full. Any new teams interested in playing in these divisions can be added to wait list in case a spot opens up. Individuals (free agents) who would like to participate can also sign up and we will help find a team for you to play on.

We are so excited for the tournament this year and look forward to another Day of Fun, Friendship and Football!

Project Boat Winner and Avid Fisherman Roger LeFranc Visits Fish Taco

For the first time since buying his winning ticket P5672 on Nov. 4 during the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, the TACO Marine Project Boat winner Roger LeFranc visited his soon-to-be boat!

“It’s gorgeous,” said LeFranc Nov. 30 after touring Project Boat. “I don’t have any words. It’s beautiful. She’s beautiful.”

LeFranc, of Melbourne, Fla. visited the Ship Shape TV workshop in Indiantown, Fla., accompanied by his son Justin, brother-in-law Hank Berry of Okeechobee, Fla., nephew Dylan Berry of Okeechobee, Fla. and friend Tim Neuman of Satellite Beach, Fla.

In the coming weeks, the professionals from Ship Shape TV will be applying the finishing touches to the TACO Marine Project Boat, such as painting inside the bilge and hatches, and conducting on-the-water tests. Pretty soon, LeFranc will be cruising into the Florida sunset aboard his new boat, which he plans to name “Justin Time,” after his son.

“It’s got plenty of places it’s going to see,” said LeFranc, who is planning many fishing trips aboard Project Boat in the near future. “Sailfish season is right around the corner.”
